So it’s finally sunk in that Christmas is closer than I realised. I’ve left gift buying until the last-minute, I have got no presents sorted, except for homemade stuff. This sort of happens every year, it’s so easy to just say ‘leave it another week’. Then you realise you have nothing sorted, nothing wrapped and it becomes slightly stressful. But it’s fine, everything’s fine…
Here’s some places you can get presents last-minute, that don’t look like you’ve left it until last-minute:
It’s a UK-based sight, that hosts independent sellers. They have a large range of really unique presents, and lot of the products can be personalised to add that special touch. The products I’ve bought from here in the past have always been high quality.
Make sure you check that delivery will be in time for christmas (each seller may have individual delivery times). Also I’m not too sure if the delivery is international.
In the UK, a lot of them sell beautiful brand new gifts. Personally, I don’t mind buying second-hand gifts from charity shops, because you can customise them for example:
- You could, find a beautiful teacup, then pair it with some speciality Tea: Camomile, Peppermint, Green Tea, Jasmine (you get the point).
- Find a unique vase, fill it with artificial flowers from Amazon or Etsy and you’ve got a great unique gift.
- Find a lovely jar then fill it with sweets and wrap a ribbon round it.
You’ve probably heard of Lush, anything from Lush always make lovely gifts. The Knot Wraps are a piece of cloth you can wrap their product (or any product) in, or just give them as they are, some people like to wear them in their hair.
I haven’t ever bought one, I’ve seen them in store and think they’d make a beautiful gift. Hydrangea is probably one of my favourites, I just love the colours together!
Hope you’re gift-giving is going well, maybe if you’re like me and leave things until the last-minute and you’ve found a bit of inspiration!
